We will be happy to answer by phone or email any questions that you have.
For stays less than two weeks around new moon your visit should start or end at the new moon.
We will reserve the house for 10 days until we receive the deposit. We will then send you a confirmation of the booking.
In case of cancellation more than 90 days before the day of arrival we will return the deposit less bank costs. In case of cancellation 30-90 days before the day of arrival we will return 50% of the deposit less bank costs. In case of cancellation less than 30 days before day of arrival the deposit is forfeit.
We strongly recommend you take insurance for cancellation, which you should be able to find where you book your flight
Rental agreement - Prices (House)
- The rent is 450€/week for one or two persons with electricity, gas, bed linen, towels, final cleaning and the use of the astonomical equipment included
- Extra guests are 60€/week each
- Children 7-13 years old 25€/week, children 0-6 years old are free
- If you stay less than a week, minimum stay three days, we charge one day extra for the final cleaning
- A deposit of 50% should be paid when booking, the rest on arrival
We have only one set of each and they are used on several telescopes. You should reserve them when booking, if you want to be sure to have them available.

The house consists of three units around a partly covered terrace. It is prepared for two persons (double bed) but there is also a sofa-bed in the kitchen that sleeps two.
The house is a traditional Canarian type whith a recently renovated bathroom. A barbecue was built in the main terrace, the living room – bedroom have also a fireplace.
Casa Rosabel is situated in the northwestern part of the island. The population of the municipality is 2,776 Casa Rosabel is 7 km northwest of Los Llanos de Aridane and 19 km west of the island capital Santa Cruz de La Palma.
